The Foyer
The Foyer is an open entry and lounge with a box office, bar and concessions area. This is the main entrance to the Black Box Theater. The space is ideal for socializing and enjoying a beverage or snack before the show begins and at intermission with direct access to a restroom.
Dimensions: 35x30ft, 1,050sq. ft.
Capacity: up to 50 people
Suggested Usage Rate: Comes with rental of Black Box Theater or $20 an hour
The Black Box Theater
The Black Box Theater is a community performance and event space that is equipped with state of the art sound and lighting systems. The main stage performance area can be customized to fit the needs of your event. The use of tables and chairs are included in rental rates.
Dimensions: 40x33ft, 1,320 sq. ft. Capacity: up to 150 people Suggested Usage Rate: $30 an hour
The Green Room
The Green Room is directly connected to the Black Box Theater and has two entrances outside, including a garage door entry for larger props and equipment. Stored in the green room is a large array of costumes, sets and equipment that is available for use by renters.
Dimensions: 20x30ft, 600 sq. ft.
Capacity: up to 25 people
Suggested Usage Rate: Comes with rental of Black Box Theater or $10 an hour
The Meditation Room
The Meditation Room is the ideal place for your meditation or small group meeting. A beautiful space with plenty of natural light, it currently has comfortable seating
for ten with the potential for more, and is equipped with a TV and video/DVD player.
Dimensions: 20x20ft, 400 sq. ft. Capacity: up to 15 people Suggested Usage Rate: $10 an hour
Office Spaces
There are 4 office spaces that are available to community conscious businesses, organizations and non-‐profits. The June Bug Center is equip with WiFi internet and there is an array of office furniture and filing cabinets that may be used by tenets. Phone service is not provided by the June Bug Center but may be easily obtained by the Citizens Telephone Cooperative if needed.

A comfortable office space with one large window. Dimensions: 10x10ft, 100 sq. ft.

The Jasmine Room
A comfortable office space with 2 large windows. Dimensions: 10x10ft, 100 sq. ft.
Suggested Usage Rate: $200 a month
The Lavender Room
A comfortable office space with 2 large windows and closet. Dimensions: 10x20ft, 200 sq. ft.
Suggested Usage Rate: $300 a month
Dance Studio Office
A comfortable office space with 2 large windows and waiting room access. Dimensions: 10x10ft, 200 sq. ft.
Suggested Usage Rate: $200 a month
The Music & Teaching Trailer
The Music and Teaching Trailer has endless possibilities, consisting of 5 separate spaces and a full bath. With plenty of windows and a comfortable feel, each space can be customized to fit your needs.

Entrance: 18×13 ft., 234 sq. ft., including a full bath Room 1: 11×13 ft., 143 sq. ft.
Main Room: 22×13 ft., 286 sq. ft.
Hallway: 4×9 ft., 36 sq. ft.
Room A off hallway: 9×9 ft., 81 sq. ft.
Room B off hallway: 13×13 ft., 169 sq. ft., with a 3×5 ft. closet
Total Building Dimensions: 13×68 ft., 884 sq. ft. Suggested Usage Rate: $600 a month
The Dance Studio
The June Bug Dance Studio is an ideal place for dance, yoga, instructional, and therapeutic classes and programs of all kinds. The main studio is equipped with full-‐length mirrors and sprung dance floors. There is a comfortable waiting area accessible to a restroom and a Men’s and Women’s dressing area and bathrooms. The facility has some mats and equipment available for use.

Entrance & Waiting Area: 28×10 ft., 280 sq. ft. Public Restroom: 9×4.5 ft., 40.5 sq. ft.
Main Dance Studio: 40×27 ft., 1,080 sq. ft.
Men’s Dressing & Restroom: 15×10.5 ft., 157.5 sq. ft. Women’s Dressing & Restroom: 16×16 ft., 256 sq. ft.
Suggested Studio Usage Rate: $25 an hour
General Equipment
The June Bug Center has an array of equipment that maybe used for special events & programs.
Chairs: 100 total, deluxe patted chair
Tables: 1 – 5’ rectangular, 7 – 6’ rectangular, 3 – 8’ rectangular, 4 -‐ 5’ round, Instruments: Kawai Baby Grand Piano
Other: industrial coffee makers, pump pots, gas grill, and refrigerator
